When we left, I told the desk that when we returned it would be after midnight and they made a note of it. The day of our second stay, I called in the middle of the day to check my reservation and remind them that I was going to be very late. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could have made other accommodations instead of having to climb four flights of stairs to and from their rooms. "Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
