"I wouldn’t give this hotel a 4-star rating and as a 3-star it was adequate but too expensive. We booked a junior suite and asked for a room on a higher floor but instead were assigned a cramped room on the 1st floor with a small shower for clients with mobility impairment. After some assertive persuasion we got a room on a 2nd floor which was more spatious and bright but with 2 twin beds instead of a queen bed. We also didn’t get a parking spot even though we arrived before noon and there were empty spots.
On a positive note breakfast buffet had plenty of fruits, eggs and cheese and a few versions of egg dishes. Pancakes were also tasty. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and blackout curtains were adequate."
