"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was somewhat limited but typical for this price point. It was fresh and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the ac worked. Our only issues were that the bathroom fan was noisy several times during our stay and we had trouble with the toilet flushing, but this was repaired quickly. "The bed was so old it had a major rut in the middle of it making it very uncomfortable. It was visible just looking at before even lying down on it. The bathroom and doors and light switches needs some elbow grease.

"The room was a lot smaller than anticipated and the beds and pillows were not super comfortable. Breakfast was the typical basic hotel options.
Really disappointed that the pool was closed, in 100° Tucson weather! We were told that the pool is seasonal. Every place I have ever encountered with seasonal hours they at least wait until after the Labor Day holiday!"

The breakfast was very limited, and the hot items served in very hot cast iron pots that you had to pick the lid off to get to, and they only had napkins to shield your hand from the oven hot lid. One could burn themselves very easily. And the selection was very limited. Ice machines on floors other than the lobby level were out of order. ...
