"Rooms were pretty decent. The comforter needed to be replaced, which they took care of (I never use hotel comforters anyway). The breakfast was good (simple and not fancy, but a good start to the morning) and the availability of drinking water was quite good. The area is questionable at times and beautiful at times. Beautiful buildings, churches, and restaurants mixed in with some unsavory crowds, but that's not necessarily the hotels fault, however someone shopping for a hotel should be aware. I would compare this to a budget hotel with upside, but the location in the historical district is good if that's where you are aiming to stay."

"Nice good property all up in the mix of the Zócalo. Great beds good breakfast. 25 min from everything. The staff was great and responsive. So much to do within walking distance."

"It was great in that they went in everyday to change sheets and freshen up the room and give us new towels everyday. If you’re okay with a small room and gets the job done with close proximity to the main center, this will be for you. Don’t expect nothing fancy, but it’s also not the worst either. Bare minimum accommodation that was clean and got the job done for us. One thing we did note were cockroaches in the restroom. We saw at least a couple during our stay. If it weren’t for the roaches, it would be a 4 star overall, but it’s a 3 star for a reason."

"This hotel is excellently located in a modern part of the city, within walking distance to the old town and to the metro. Bus line 7 across the street will easily take you to Chapultepec Castle and to the Anthropology Museum. We felt totally safe walking to the Angel of Independence Monument where people gather in the evenings. Also, this hotel is the pick-up point for most organized tours. Our room was large and totally functional. We took the breakfast option and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it also came with a snack service in the evenings. The food was amazing in both cases, our congratulations to the chef! On our last day, the hotel provided a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of 400 pesos. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico City and highly recommend this hotel to future travelers."

"We thought the shuttle to and from airport was included. They wanted to charge $150 for 4 people. Also thought breakfast was included but it said for a "fee" and we thought it said "free". Otherwise hotel was very clean, in the middle of city and staff was very nice."
