We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). "Great location and friendly staff. Basic room. Towels were changed every day. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available during my stay from June 7 to June 12. I was first told the issue would be fixed within two days, but after those two days passed, another staff member informed me that there was an outage affecting the neighborhood and that the connection would only be restored on June 12, the day I was checking out. This was very disappointing, especially since reliable internet was one...
