The property is well located in the heart of Madrid and the staff was cool with us. We didn't like the room: very dark, tiny and with no door for the bathroom, which meant every noise and odour would flow into the room.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar had excellent views and places to lounge.
