"From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days ."

The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. "Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"

"The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. Other than that, the toilet ran all night. The shower was a pressure washer and leaked all over the floor. The AC was so loud that it woke you up every time it came on middle and the elevators were very Janky and made you feel like they would snap at any second."
