"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression. The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. "From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days ."

"Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned"

"The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. Other than that, the toilet ran all night. The shower was a pressure washer and leaked all over the floor. The AC was so loud that it woke you up every time it came on middle and the elevators were very Janky and made you feel like they would snap at any second."

The shower walls have some type of red substance that look like it was dripping. Not sure what it was only because it was above my head. "Our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile was very disappointing. The room had wet carpet and a strong unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom showed visible mold, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. "Ice machine was broken. Hair dryer in room either did not work, or, the plug was dead. It was not the GFCI. Otherwise, this room met my financial requirements. Breakfast was typical for this priced stay. My perception was that the food was made and frozen in another country, then shipped here to be heated in a microwave. Muffins were very small. No cartons of milk were available. However, there was a steel pitcher of milk available."

"Beautiful property! Loved our stay. A couple of things could have made it better. We stayed here to have a pool day, but there was only one lounger in the entire pool. Had to lay on the ground. We were excited to hang in the happy hour as well, but the bar tender was less than friendly. Lots of great things though! Very clean. Great service at the front desk! Loved that they had treats and beverages out for guests. Would stay here again."
