"Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "

"Hotel was disgusting. Staff is unpleasant and seems to not understand the business of hospitality. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. My kids did not want to use the shower. Filled with gunk and grime. Hotel manager came to antagonize my family with their single hotel cleaner after 9pm to prove to them the room was dirty despite the several complaints made & the room being empty the entire day, making it available to view and clean on their own time. Very disrespectful and very unpleasant stay. "

"I’ve traveled a lot in my life, and rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was awful. I do not recommend staying here. The building looked like it was slapped together in a rush. The floors were uneven all over, it made me feel very disoriented. The walls have cracks all over. I let my 8 month old crawl on the floor expecting it be clean.. and her knees and hands turned black after only a few seconds on the floor. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the holder, and the sink was clogged. I can’t even begin to name all the things wrong. On top of all of that, their INDOOR POOL was closed due to being “out of season,” their entire building reeked of weed, and the lady at the front desk was very snarky and rude to my family."

"If I was able to give 0 stars I would have. The first room we rented was filthy, AC was missing the cover and didnt work and the curtain was hanging by the corner. We requested a different room which had a working AC but was just as dirty and unmaintained. The pictures are not up to date and do not represent the horrid state of this motel."
