"The only issue I had was I might have left my jacket inside of the hotel room and the staff was unable to find it. Other than that, the hotel was amazing."

"The room was not clean. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, with a visible ring inside the bowl that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower had a similar issue. The door handles were covered in grime, and I even saw a cockroach in the room. The bedding had crusty residue on it as well. Because of the overall lack of cleanliness, I checked out a day early. I was also charged for drinks I did not purchase at the bar, including additional items that were not mine. Parking was ok....

"My room needed more body soap for the shower, other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"Was not worth the money spent for 2 nights, rooms were ok, clean good enough to get sleep. Housekeepers may need to be retrained on cleaning rooms. Night staff didnt seem to know much, was able to change our room since the air wasnt working in the first room."

"They stole my property and lied about it. I had a brand new pack of knives that I left when they move me to another due to the condition of that room. Roaches were in the new room they moved me too so I left the hotel and went to another hotel. I left my snake skin belt on the chair went back and was told it was thrown away like they said was done with the knives. Are you suppose to hold customers property just in case they come for it? Mind you I checked out today so how you don’t have it?...

"We booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and when we showed up to the property, and went to our rooms, they were very dirty. There were stains on the bed, debris on the carpet and damage to the furniture. We were not comfortable staying there and left. We booked at a different hotel and stayed there. We contacted Expedia for a refund (we took video of the room) and have not heard back. They said that the manager of the hotel was not there."

"Nasty Nasty place dont stay there roach infested we moved the mini fridge abd 50 of them ran out from under layed our heads for few hour a got out of there smh "

"There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room and there was nothing, not even a coffee pot. Half the outlets didn't work, the bed lights didn't work, there was no ice machine, no remote for the TV and they are infested with roaches! We went to the front desk twice and noone was ever there."
