"The room was clean. The kitchen and staff were nice. Air conditioning kept the room clean. The water in the sink ran out very slow. The towel rack was in the shower with the clean towels. The EV Charger was charging correctly. It charged my hubby 3 times when he on charged 2x. It did send refund."

"Absolutely Beautiful Hotel, so very clean every where you turn. Taz the Guest Service Rep was Amazing! The room was big , very clean and I am so glad A makeup towel was in the bathroom. Complimentary water, coffee and creamers in room along with a refrigerator. Everything is Perfect in this hotel and my goodness breakfast was Unbelievable, I loved the setup, the food was so fresh with fruit and the bacon was oh so delightful 😊 along the Staff. We will be back!"

"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...

"Room was dirty..no fitted sheet on one of the beds. The pool had white scum on the top. There was a person yelling outside the room in a parking lot and 6 police officers arrived"

"The door folded in half when I opened it. The tv was sitting on the floor by the ac unit. It stunk like I have never smelled. The smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping every few mins. I decided to leave. Went back for the deposit and the desk clerk said nothing could be done about it because it was maintenances problem and it was 11 at night. And then she hit me with the "it's a cheap motel what do you expect" so needless to say that was wasted money because no refunds"
