"Good location right next to the metro and choice of buses. Outside of thr building didn't look great but inside it has been converted really well. We had the bonus of a balcony complete with furniture. Bit noisy because of the road but was a bonus we didn't expect. Staff are really helpful, maps advice etc.. We stored our luggage both before check in and after check out. Mini fridge in the room. A kettle would have been great. Breakfast was typical continental. Overall I would recommend...

"This property was a lovely, well-maintained, clean hotel! We loved the location as it was very close to Milano Centrale train station and an easy trip into central Milan on public transport. The unit was very pretty - with a bedroom, living area, small kitchen and great bathroom. We received a gift of a bottle of wine in the room! And the lobby had a filtrated water system that you could use to fill water bottles any time! The check-in process was easy and the staff were very nice!"

"This is a nice full service hotel. It is conveniently located near the subway and porta Venezia. Convenient to basic shopping and near a good gelateria. The staff was helpful and kind. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at their restaurant on the 6th floor. Nice steam room, the sauna was too hot for me."

"We booked a room on short notice when a train strike forced us to unexpectedly stay in Milan. We were somewhat concerned that it was classified as a hostel - but the room was large with a private bathroom and comfortably accommodated our group of 3. We enjoyed the roof garden and community kitchen and regret we weren't able to make it to the family-style dinner event that was arranged for that evening.
