It is further down the coast from the big gated resorts and is close to the white river. "I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible.
