"Clean room, staff friendly, location convenient, free coffee and tea from6-9 am. One elevator was closed for renovations, not breakfast, ice making machines were broken and you need to pay for parking."

"Wonderful, unique hotel- beautifully appointed, very clean, adequate fitness center, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast including a latte machine. Downsides: very comfortable bed but TERRIBLE pillows ☹️ Typical tight NYC hotel- very small bathroom with NO counterspace- had to place my toiletries on a towel on the floor. Area is not safe to walk around so keep in mind you will need to Uber everywhere. But overall I would totally stay here again!"
