"The service at the desk was friendly and polite. The only issue we had was addressed immediately. The room was clean, and we always returned to a fresh room. We appreciated the location and found the street to be quiet while still in a good location for accessing public transportation and popular tourist sites. The hotel is older and maybe a little rough around the edges, but it had everything we needed. "

"Can you some updating? The staff is amazing. Awesome. The view is amazing in the Hudson suite. The rooftop bar is only worth seeing the view the meal. The food is not worth it. No American beer the food the meal however they consider it. It’s just not worth it. It’s like a bunch of appetizers you share. If you’re gonna go with anything on that menu that is that much go with the birdcage chicken besides that nothing on that menu is worth anything. It’s not a full dinner mail. It’s more like going...

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Harmony Suites. Our room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The breakfast each day had a wide variety of foods. The front desk staff were very helpful when we were trying to figure out public transportation (bus stop is right across the street). I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area."

"Very close to Time Square- you can see it from the front of the hotel. Several cafes, etc across the street. Close to subway station. Staff very friendly. Luggage storage. Beds were not super comfortable, but would be okay for just a night or two. My only complaints are 1) that you can hear other guests very clearly in the halls, you can see the light from the hallway through the door. 2) the window only had wooden mini blinds that couldn’t close all the way, and no curtains or drapes to block...
