"The bathroom/toilet was too small, tight. There was only one roll of tissue in the room upon checkin. We stayed two nights and as our room was not cleaned between nights, we ran out. The TV gliched the entire time we were there. The bed was nice!"

"One of the better Times Square big hotels. service was friendly and’s helpful as able Typical of these hotels, there is volume overload with more people than services at the desks, the bar and restaurant. Rooms are large and clean with good amenities. They also were late with a long wait required beyond check in time for the room to be ready. Location is excellent and walking is the way to go whenever possible."

"The hotel is very conveniently located very close to the theatre district and Times Square. Rooms are compact but had everything we needed. We were impressed that the room had a clothing steamer instead of an iron and ironing board. The steamer came in handy. Staff were very friendly and accomodating when we got there despite us having difficulty getting through by phone beforehand. Great value all round in comparison to other Times Square hotels."

"This was our second stay at this hotel in a year, I my opinion this is the best location to stay in NYC! The hotel is close enough to Times Square yet far enough away that you don’t get the crowds and noise. There are amazing restaurants a stone’s throw away, Central Park is just a few blocks away, Broadway is just a block away and the subway station is right outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again!"

"Super helpful and accommodating staff! We traveled with a baby and toddler and it was great to have a pack n’ play provided. The location is great, making it very easy to park and get the car/ kids unloaded. The room was spacious, clean and had blackout curtains. It was a great stay and experience."

"The rooms were rather dark, though they had lamps. It was really hard to get ready in the mornings because there was no natural light coming into the room so we had to sit under the lamps in order to do our make up or stand right in front of the window in order to see ourselves. No way to ventilate the room, so the room stayed pretty musty because the shower is not far away. It just felt like we couldn't breathe in there even though the AC was running nonstop. But beautiful hotel great staff. Clean and safe area."
