"Housekeeping was great. This is an older hotel. We went to the front desk because we were having trouble streaming. They completely blew us off. Getting to Breakfast is a problem in the morning. The good thing is there’s a Starbucks."

"We loved our stay! This was my second time- I came back because of the excellent location. Right there in Times Square! The staff was very helpful- mapped out a trip to the airport using the subway and bus. Saved us a TON of $ instead of using a “ride-share.” Will definitely be back!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel, it has a great vibe and the room was very nice and very clean. The only thing that was missing for me was somewhere to get a tea or coffee that was included. I wish the rooms had a fridge of some sort so I’d be able to store my own milk and coffee in the room seeing as they don’t provide any food or drink options. But overall we had a great experience with the staff, the rooms, the vibe, they had a bag room for us to leave our suitcases after check out too which was very helpful"
