I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "Easy access by road in quiet area...we were late arriving and departed early.. Contactless check in.. email delivered regarding getting key and room number.. No issues... not a big car park but found a space.. The room was warm and comfortable.. everything needed for our overnight stay...we were very happy with the value for money Clean sheets.. very comfortable bed..hot shower..in fact it looked like the rooms have recently been up graded... Personally would be happy to return... "

"Communication was over text message. I did not see a trash can in the kitchen. Turns out there is one in the wardrobe- a large plastic box. Because there was no one at the reception I did not know this until the next day. Room was very clean . "

"I had an amazing time at the Dorint Hotel and will def come back again. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet is ten out of ten! They have a wellness area.Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of it because I was so busy roaming around in Mannheim. Parking garage leads directly to the hotel "

"Newly renovated, spacious, and well equipped rooms, especially the shower was pretty and large. Only thing I missed was a fridge. Staff very friendly, check-in and -out fast. Well suited for a business trip with a tram line just around the corner and restaurants/bars and supermarkets nearby. No fancy things like gym or spa on site, but did not miss that."

It’s also a few minutes walk to the Water Tower. The property is a bit old and you can smell it as you come inside your room. However, the room is very clean and spacious. The staff are nice and cordial. "
