"Great place to stay"

"Our stay was the 2bedroom suite with 7 people group. It's not super roomy, but quite enough, and all amenties were flawless, including the sofa-bed, bath, breakfast and temporature control quality per room. Front desk was kind, and the best of all was the tiny creek from the backyard. Probably the major downside was the price, but it was an acceptable range considering the quality. It was about 20-30% more expensive than one where we stayed in Kalispel with similar condition and quality. Again...

"This is a beautiful, historic mansion with a lovely garden. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated the low-key check in and use of the kitchen. Just one small issue...when we were sitting in the easy chairs we noticed dirt and crumbs under the bed. Otherwise our room was perfect."

"We were only in for a short time but staff was lovely (even though we arrived very late) and the property was cute and clean. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was a nice touch. Great location."

"The woman who prepared the breakfast each morning was just wonderful! Room was clean, well-supplied, perfectly set up for us. Breakfast was delicious."

"The bathroom wasn't as clean as one should expect. There were hairs in the shower, and when I unrolled the non stick mat to place in the bathtub, a wad of wet toilet paper fell out of it."

"Easy to get to. Staff was nice, parking easy, bed was comfortable. Was disappointed in the continental breakfast - only thing that could have been better."

"The staff was great. However, the overall property is very old and poorly maintained. The exits and entrances other than the lobby were dirty and dangerous. One door didn’t even have a handle on the back so it was impossible to go in it. Dangerous step down on exit almost caused my 75 yo mother to fall. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, sheets were old, scratchy, and did not fit right. Mildew and someone else’s hair in the bathroom."

"The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are newly updated with nice beds and bathrooms. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot foods, cereals, yogurt, baked goods and fruit. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, and the person who picked us up at the airport. The only thing slightly negative is that there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Missoula. 10/10"
