"Overall the stay was great. Check in and check out was fast. Rooms were big n clean. Location was perfect just cross the street and you are inside a big mall connected with other malls. No need to suffer from the heat. Only draw back the bed was firm for my wifes taste and bathroom sink was clogged on our last day. Staff was excellent in providing customer service."

"Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of style of foods ranging from local Philipino food...

"Our stay was a comfortable one. Service was good. Every time we requested something it is delivered in due time. One issue it needs to be entertained is the age of the hotel. Needs quite a good renovation. The shower stall grout needs a good cleaning ie mildew. Glad my mildew allergy was at bay. Plumbing leaking from sink faucet to shower one."
