"Great location! Nice that the room had beach chairs available to use. We arrived earlier around 0100, unfortunately early check-in wasn't available, although we signed up to get one in advance. The host was very friendly, allowed us to park our car on the property while we were hanging on the beach and waiting to check in."

"Overall, the property and amenities are very nice. However, you automatically have to pay $40 per night for parking with no valet option. The parking is also very limited & not well lit at night which is concerning as a solo traveler. There also isn’t any concierge available to help with luggage."

We would take the quick walk to the beach in the morning, explore the island in the afternoon and walk or drive to Kihei or Wailea for dinner. Pros: location, size of unit, kitchenette, free and ample parking, laundry, housekeeping, availability of host, clean pool, family atmosphere. As things get updated, it will be even better. "Hotel is only 2 mins walk to the beach but the beach you can't swim. It's very misleading on the ads... The room is facing to garden view, but the trees are too tall and not maintained. It covered the view and we could not see anything out the window or the beach view. It was disappointing."
