"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"Disappointed, nice room and beds, no hot tub, no directions to the warm bath feature, spa will not let you cut through, have to go out into freezing rain to find it, and too cold. Suggest they replace with a hot tub and direct access through spa. Bar was nice, decor nice, parking limited near doors, again running outside in the rain and snow downhill. Will not go back but pick other hotel next door. "

"Love staying here as it is so peaceful. Unfortunately things were abit off this stay. Dry blood 3 large drops on the comforter near my face but as not on cover didn’t know until last night but was exhausted and flipped it. No fan in bathroom, mop dirt lines along tub and sink taps very loose. "

"I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway."

"Room was perfect for our needs, nice and quiet, and super blackout curtains! The only suggestion is the rooms need better wall plugs or heavier duty power bars. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in the kettle or cell phone. The supplied charger unit doesn’t fit all phones🙂 We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks"

"We like this hotel and have stayed there previously. This time a couple of things were a little bothersome. The first night we had one hand towel but there were 2 of all the other types. No problem. Asked and it was taken care of right away. Next day. Same thing. On the second day there was still hair on the bathroom floor from the previous day. The first night the bed did not have a light blanket on top. We made the room warmer so no problem. The next night there was a coloured lightweight...
