"this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen.. On the positive side, the location is unbeatable, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was truly fantastic. However, while the hotel is marketed as 'vintage,' the room furnishings felt more outdated and musty than charming. Practical issues, like drawers that didn't work, made the stay less comfortable. It’s a great spot if you prioritize service and location, but the rooms could use...
