"Beautiful "

"Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del...

"We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. "

"The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again."

"What a wonderful stay! The bathrooms are exquisite, and our suite had an amazing soaker tub. The rooftop is quiet and beautiful. Staff are all amazing, accommodating and friendly. We were able to use a beach hotel which was a hugeee plus! We were even able to pay 160 pesos to keep.our room until 1pm which was great for being ble to go to the beach and come shower after before our flight. The hotel is dimly lit and very romantic for couples. Can't wait to come back to Marquee as soon as possible...

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. "

"Excellent and nice location, rooms looks good just this time had a terrible smell like sewer and they came to spray air freshener only, that didn't help, the good thing we was outside q lot we just used to sleep and left next morning. If you stay there and find something uncomfortable just talk to the gm Ricardo, he can help you."

"We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws."

"We had an amazing time at Casa Central! It felt like a home away from home! Liesbeth Jan Peter made us feel so welcome. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Outside the room is a nice garden with seating and a pool. The hotel is very central, right in the middle of everything. It got a little bit noisy in the evening, but it was no problem for us. We would love to come again! "

"Staff were kind and the room was clean but it smelled a little musty and the bed was harder than I like. Also, I specifically booked a room with a bath, but the mechanism to switch the water from shower to bath was broken, so that was a real bummer. I also booked the wrong day and ended up having to rebook so I paid twice and they refused to refund me. My bad, I know, but they didn't even bother to respond to my many messages about it. Rude. Overall the stay was OK, but I wouldn't stay again."

"Nice clean property with comfy beds, got kept up until the early hours even with ear plugs in though due to nearby noise. We live above 2 train lines at home so I’m used to noise! "
