"Our stay was excellent. The location is convenient for food, near excellent restaurants and near the beach. We left some belongings in the hotel at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to get our belongings to us. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I was very impressed with the staff. Wonderful location."

"Definitely great for the price. Loved the two pools (although I didn't have time for them with frequent activities). Only 3 blocks away from 5th Avenue (Quintana Avenida). There were great restaurants nearby. Very clean. Loved seeing the Mayan culture on the walls. A more traditional and lovely hotel."
"We had a short stay before flying out of Tulum. Location is awesome very short walk to 5th avenue but far enough to not be super noisy.
Room was good size with 2 big beds. Bathroom was good sized too
Japanese restaurant below was great too.
Pool / rooftop was bit of a letdown. Pool needs maintenance and there is no shade over pool or lounges so way too hot to hang out for more than a few minutes.
Would recommend if just want a room and don’t need a pool or breakfast. "
"Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! "
