"The room was good sized, comfortable bed and clean. Only that the bathroom and shower had seen better days generally. I had the cold shower in the morning as the mixer tap in the shower was not working properly."

"Room and amenities are quite basic - it's a 4 star hotel but does not have that feel in the room at all. It has a student hall feel, which is not what is advertised. The bar area is nice enough."

"The Radisson was great for a short stay. Our experience at Reception from a male member of staff was fantastic. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, however, he was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful. He kindly waived the 2nd £15 pool fee as although the booking was for two rooms, we were one party.
We were lucky to have interconnecting rooms for our trip which was ideal for our party but receiving the information about this was challenging and took multiple emails to reception.
