"The hotel rooms are nice except for the paper thin walls. I was looking forward to getting a good nights rest but the rude guests next to me thought it was a great idea to play bass heavy music that shook the wall. Guest Services put me through to Security which told them to turn the music down. They did for about 10 minutes, then turned it back up. I called Guest Services and they sent security up again. The music quit shaking the wall but loud conversations and laughing continued. I asked Guest Services if I could move. They acted like I was the burden and said I would have to pack things up and go to the lobby to get another room but the TV won’t work in the new room. So strange. I decided to stay in my room and got very little sleep. Check out clerk could care less about what I had to say when he asked how the stay was."

"I would like to start off by saying I loved the walk in shower in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my stay. When I first checked in I was given 2 card keys to check into my room on the 12th floor. When we got up there, the keys did not work. I went down to the front desk staff to let them know, and they gave me new keys. I went back up to try the new keys and those also didn’t work. So I had to go back down to the front desk again to let them know. He said they would send a worker up to open the door and check the battery. Eventually we got into our room but this whole process took about 45 minutes and we were in a rush to get to an event. The staff did not seem to have urgency with this issue. Also, I had originally gotten a room with a king bed through Hotels.com but the room had a full bed which was disappointing. We didn’t want to risk switching and accidentally getting a room with a tub instead of the wall in shower we had. Also, there was not a trash can."
