We had a lot of mishaps during our stay here. The property looks newish but a lot of problems already that is not addressed. There were cochroaches! I killed 5 (in 2 days!) and when i told Hskpeeing, they brought an insecticide spray and sprayed while we were inside! We had to step out to get the fumes off! The housekeeper also did not clean and make our room on Day 1 and when I asked why, she said we did not tell them. There was no ‘clean my room sign’ until we asked for it! On our 2nd to last day, our room door won’t open (maintenance spent long to try to fix it) but after 45 mins we insisted they give us another room- what a hassle to move our stuff when we had plans during the day! Missed us twice on the set breakfast but we got it when we showed up on the restaurant anyway. No buffets when there are less than 10 guests we were told. When we needed to be picked up from airport, nobody was answering the phone. I got the Whatsapp message from the driver when we have arrived at the site after arranging own transpo. The drywall is showing some damage near bathroom flr maybe due to moisture. The hot water is hit or miss. The internet is spotty (even with own data). You cannot walk to the hotel. The area is gated and only cabs or Grab can get to it (or private car). The staff were nice and accommodating though but I still won’t recomemend.
