Water is dripping if you turn on the airconditioning. Shower drain is not clogged.

Pleasant stay at Sogo Hotel

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location just right for me because it's near Victory bus station. I just forgot to use my discount card when i ordered food for room service. I suggest that your staff/crew be made proactive, that they ask customers/clients if they have discount cards.

Great value, good service and very clean, good location with street food and 7/11 right outside, only downside is wifi was often very poor.

Dont bother staying there.

flies inside the suite so annoying , toilet is clean , next suite watching tv with full volume so irritating i talked to reception no action taken , after 2 hrs i called reception again thats the time they take action , imagine in the middle of the night with a very loud sound i cant sleep i hate that .

Why is it hotel sogo is requiring me to wait for 15 to 30 minutes, they always telling me that they nees to confirm my booking 1st cmon, im really tired and want to sleep but i need to wait!

Easy transfer to Cubao bus station

Our room had no windows, hence no view, if not slightly unsafe. Other than that, the room was comfortably adequate with a surprising variety of "entertainment" available on TV (including 2 porn channels!). The hotel itself is very handy to Cubao bus station - 5 minutes walk. That was our main criterion, as we were travelling early to Baguio the next morning.

First time in hotel sogo.

The hotel lobby was so impressive, neat and clean. But when I went to my room the bedsheets are so tiny that can't even fit the whole bed. When the day came for me to check out, they phoned me in my room that I have to leave now since its about 20 minutes before 11am. So I get dressed, packed my things and go without even taking a shower. Then I found out that the check out time is supposed to be 12:00noon. I will never recommend it to my friends and family. I even found out that the hotel is for short timer for lovers.

Worst nightmare abroad

This is a hookup hotel.couple's paying for 2-4 hours.The only time I could sleep was during day when people were at work or elsewhere

Room stinks. No toilet paper in the bathroom! I had to call twice for them to bring it up.

Cubao noisy

Turned up and took ages to get key to room.and wifi code was hard to receive. If u want quite place avoid this place. As traffic is non stop.room service is slow but price is affordable.

I think the management should decide whether they would focus their hotel as a short stay hotel or for extended accommodations. Because when I checked in for my 6 days stay the reception seemed to be surprised. They looked clueless as to how to handle the situation. They probably got used to accepting people who will be staying for a few hours.

A short day of stay is this hotel is very convenient for a traveler like me. Affordable prize, clean, great ambience, and very friendly staffs. The hotel is in great location. Thus,accessible to all types of transport.

Zwischenuebernachtung vor Weiterreise

Nicht sonderlich ruhige Gegend, geraeusche von der Strasse sind die ganze Nacht zu hoeren. Die Waende zu den Nachbarzimmern sind auch nicht gut gedaemmt. Das schnarchen nebenan war deutlich zu hoeren. Das Hotel ist nur fuer zwischenuebernachtungen oder Shorttime Anbietungen gedeacht, wer sich daran stoert ist hier falsch.

狭い部屋。怪しい声が隣の部屋から夜中に聞こえる。

ここはラブホテルですね。普通のホテルではありません。カップルの出入りが激しい為、良く眠れません。
