However, when we reached out to the team, they responded promptly and sent maintenance and housekeeping to ensure our stay was comfortable. The communication was swift. Apart from this minor issue, our suite was beautifully cleaned, and there were stores, restaurants, and lounges nearby. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. "I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
