"What a wonderful property owned by lovely sisters. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need, are comfortable and answer all questions. They are absolutely lovely, and their hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that they make you personally to your liking is amazing. I love that the hotel is conveniently located to everything! We walked everywhere from our hotel. Cannot save enough great things about the hotel and the owners!!"

"This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which was flawless. And the breakfast was a delightful Ecuadorian experience every morning.

"The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities."

"We were so happy with our one night stay at Ikala Quito. They organized a pick up for us at the airport and were very prompt with their communication in regard to organizing it for us. We were also provided with a free glass of wine with our dinner as part of our Expedia VIP status which was delightful. Mattress was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a king sized bed too.
