"I liked staying at the Trapp Hotel Monteverde that I rearranged our travel plans to stay an extra night! The hotel is beautifully maintained and everyone was kind and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and the RESTAURANT was amazing!! We stayed 5 nights and ate there every night. The chicken salad and beef tenderloin with fresh mushrooms and mashed potatoes were next level. We stayed in the forest suite, with giant picture windows and a king size bed. "The restaurant was excellent morning, noon and night...but with the night eating it is only reservations ONLY at 6,7,8,9....but you cannot make them there at restaurant, juist at the front desk. I e-mailed them to make reservationes for that evening, and 5 days later still no response so I am very happy I made a special trip to front desk to get it taken care of. Food was great. Only problem for me was no ice machine in building #3 as I walked the floors one evening for 15 minutes and finally...
