"A conveniently located boutique hotel right off Grand Central. Room was a good size for NYC. Staff was lovely, decor is quaint. However the street noise was off the charts. I was on the 2nd floor right above the bar that is accessible off the lboby and street. Between the bar and crowd noise, the vaping/weed and then the trash haulers/compactors, it was not a pleasant sleeping experience. The windows absolutely need to be resealed and soundproofed - or ask for a room that is higher floor / away...

The rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable, with a unique artistic design that gave the hotel character. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the room was a bit smaller than expected and street noise could be heard...

I need to dry the floor every time after taking a shower. Housekeeping left a dirty cleaning cloth on the nightstand. No extra toilet paper and a full box of facial tissue. I called for them and waited for over 3 hours to get them. My worst hotel experience!"
