"We booked and paid for the 3 bedroom beachfront grand villa with private pool. The villa was lovely and the view was great.
Within 20 min of arriving and unpacking, we discovered a cockroach nest (NEST) in the drain of one of the showers. The hotel moved us to an “upgraded” villa that was not actually an upgrade at all (moved us to a 5 bedroom with only 2 rooms with a view from a 3 bedroom with 3 rooms with views…keeping in mind there were only 3 of us, so an extra 2 bedrooms was of no use to...

"Supert sted med høy standard. Vi leide en Villa med eget basseng og det var nydelig. Rommet var helt stort, fantastisk og prangende. Våkne med elektrisk fra trekk av gardiner med utsikt og sjø og basseng. Magisk. "

"Wij konden direct naar onze kamer. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wifi is uitstekend. Het zwembad is prima. Voor ons was het een verademing omdat wij eerst in Zenseana Resort & Spa, Patong verbleven. Het hotel in Patong is geen resort en zeker geen spa en helemaal 4 1/2 * waard . Het personeel en de manager is er zeker niet voor de gasten!"

"The hotel butler was very considerate. During my stay, I encountered some minor troubles, which the butler promptly helped resolve. The hotel also has a kitchen, and I prefer to go to the nearby market to buy fresh ingredients and prepare my favorite dishes at reasonable prices, making it perfect for a long-term rental friend."

"This is my favorite resort. I stay here for four weeks twice a year and I love how clean and quiet it is. It’s not a party town like Patong, but still plenty of bars and nightlife. The property has a nail salon and massage shop where they do amazing Thai massage. The breakfast buffet is good, but it’s not as good since they opened the new building. Not bad, they just don’t have the variety the used to & there’s no more omelette station. I’d say if your room doesn’t come with breakfast, you might...
