"Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. But before the negative, the positive: it’s an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel half an hour from the airport! You get the beach, the views and a natural oasis in the middle of the city. The grounds are truly beautiful! It’s definitely magical place that has worked to preserve nature. The negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but managed to get a smoke filled room. Booked the standard junior suite with tub and called out the request for a tub - no tub. I feel like there...

"I traveled with my husband for an wedding, and we did nit have the best expirence on this hotel. The rooms are clean. The receptions guys are nice, however the breakfast suppose to be open or available from 7am to 10am, but we came to the restaurat both days by 9am, and we find nothing to eat. When I asked for eggs or more fruts they said Eggs are gone and we are not going to bring more food out, even when we have an hour aheat."

"Tuve problema con el aire acondicionado pero me cambiaron de habitación, (tienen que darles mantenimiento) los TV son pequeños para las habitaciones Comida excelente y el servicio tambien. Mi habitación era 1er piso con piscina privada en 2 ocasiones se metieron personas al área deben rotular esas áreas como privadas. Buenas actividades , me encantó"

"I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were...
