"We had a clean room, and unobstructed view of the sea, the room had no housekeeping daily, the first and last day we had a buffet breakfast, the second day it would appear that we had to order either with the cook or reception but we were not told of this, the third day the chef took our breakfast order."

"In summary a lot to like, a few quibbles but no deal breakers. There were some empty plastic bottles outside our window clearly been there a while. Slightly stained carpet. Creaky floorboards in our room and from room above but not disruptive. The inside of the room was clean and tidy which is most important. WiFi good. Safe in our room useable with no extra charge. Sea view. Nice decor/pictures. Usb charging sockets useful. Reception friendly good service. Entertainment on in the evening at...

"Great value for money. I've stayed in two rooms now - 1 small single and 1 double room. Both were clean with modern furnishings giving them an clean, open feel. The floor - not carpeted (a bonus IMHO) - was clean and hygienic. The Shower in both rooms was FABULOUS! Don't be put off by the exterior, which is in need of refreshing, this accommodation is very good value for money and ideally situated for access to the beach, shops and town centre etc. "

"We stayed in an economy room for one night - Bed was a double and fairly comfortable. Our room was small, tv en-suite - the shower was fixed and to small for my partner. Staff were friendly. We stayed as we went to the theatre which was a short walk. All in all a little dated but clean. "

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."
