"I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. "I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"I like that the rooms was very huge and clean. The neighborhood was very nice. People in the area were pleasant. I had an issue with the kitchen sink clogging, but I managed to take care of that. Otherwise I had a beautiful stay at Sonders. I stayed at one in Dallas and that one was nice as well. "

"Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms."

"I was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didn’t have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stay"

"Check-in process was a complete invasion of privacy. Their required invasion process was not disclosed to me when I booked. They offered no work around and refused to refund my money. This is a complete scam and fraud that was perpetrated on me. You will hear more from me on this crime. "

"Only problem we had was bed being next to the wall. Us old people don't do gymnastics so good getting to that inside bed position. But love the property and amenities."
