"Staff was awesome no complaints there, always very attentive.
I was disappointed on the pool size/available chairs for the size of the hotel. Would have loved having more areas with shade especially along there beach chairs that had none. There is a second pool in the pictures of the hotel, as well as the cabanas, that appear to be an amenity for regular guests, however you need to be part of there club at an extra cost- this was misleading in my opinion.
The beach view and access was beautiful and always felt safe.
Finally, would have loved an easier snack option available not requiring to get out of your bathing suits again.
