"Highly recommend! My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at the W Punta Mita. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the W Unlimited package and the food was great, very tasty, high quality, and much better than other “all-inclusive” experiences I’ve had at other resorts."

"Our stay was great overall! The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the spacious pool area. While the pool could use some upgrades, it was very large and never felt overly crowded. It’s also a great resort for families with kids. The food was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the dining options. We had the all inclusive. The entertainment was okay, although the audio definitely needs some improvement. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return. Unfortunately, the beach was closed during our stay due to hurricane season, so we’d love to come back another time to enjoy the beach and experience everything the resort has to offer!"

"Love this place, my second stay since I enjoyed my stay here last time. It very convenient to IMN office and restaurants. The pools on the rooftop are amazing as are the views. The staff were nice and helpful."

"We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation."
