"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."

"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"

"The best part about the W is the amazing sandy beach with gentle waves and the friendly staff. The rooms are nice but nothing special. The food was better than I expected! A great breakfast was included. I would go back. A great value for the price! "

"The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."

"Horrible me cobraron un "upgrade" por las 2 habitaciones mintiendome que era en area renovada, los cuartos viejos, la tina no servia, las luces del baño no servian, el A/C rechinaba toda la noche, lo reporté todos los dias y nunca lo arreglaron El mini bar no lo rellenaban y si les hablabas para pedirles que lo rellenaran decian que si lo habian hecho y ya no era cosa de ellos Pesima toda la experiencia "

"La habitación es hermosa, la Propiedad no tanto.. al hacer el check in me dijeron que debía de pagar y les comenté que Expedia ya me había cobrado y tuve que enseñar mi cuenta de banco, le tomaron fotos y aún así no nos permitieron hacer el check in .. la cosa es que la ocasión anterior pasó lo mismo.. no se si sea el sistema de ellos o de Expedia.. decidí no pagar otra vez hasta que se comunicaran con Expedía.. me fui a comer a un restaurante y al final me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que ya...
