Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around.

This place is beyond decrepit. I felt disgusted every time I stepped on the resort. The craftsmanship of this Resort is horrible, everything is falling apart, any repairs they made on the walls with putty they didn't bother sanding down or painting over so the room is now full of white patches. I stayed in one of their upgraded rooms, the Panorama room with half board. DO NOT GET THE HALF-BOARD OR ALL INCLUSIVE because the food is atrocious. I will do everything I can to make sure everybody I know avoids this place like the plague

The price of the hotel is fair for St. Lucia. Everything is very expensive. The rooms are dated and the sheets were really rough, and it the flatted one had a tear on it. Just know that there are many steps to get to your room. The other issue is that you have to take a ferry to get to this hotel, which I didn't know, so we had to park the car on the other side of the bay, and we couldn't get a parking space, so We had to wait for over 1 hour for someone to leave. The was one morning, we didn't have water at all, and the wi-fi comes and go. Mostly, it didn't work. The pool is in bad shape also. I just have to say that this hotel needs a lotta of work. The staff although was excellent. Everyone was great, especially, Lee Ann from Doolittle restaurant.

Room was ok. Staff is generally very quiet and don’t say much. The man who helped carry our luggage to the room did not show us how to work the Tv controls (they were a bit confusing at first) or any other features of the room. When we told the desk clerk we were checking out there was no offer of help with the bags. (There are a lot of stairs to the room we had and many more to some of the others). Our biggest issue would be how expensive it is to do any outings from this place and the inexperience of the people at the travel desk. It would be great if they had a sign up board so guests could share taxi vans or boats to different sites and split the cost rather than paying US$200 everyday for every trip it seems. They should also give written receipts / reservation slips when guests book a trip. We were quoted one price for a trip and charged $30 more on checkout. We would also suggest that the management should be more visible and interact with the guests so these sort of issues can be discussed.
Beach at the Marigot Bay hotel. Shallow water but some nice fish around the rocks at the end.

The staff members Chloe, Trudy, Destiny, and Glenn were very pleasant to deal with. I did not like feeling trapped at the resort due to the ferry service ending early, and that is the only means of transportation to and from the resort. The restaurant on site (Doolittle’s) prices were extremely expensive and the food did not taste good! Food was extremely salty. The menus were falling apart and appeared to be the same menus from (I guess) when they initially opened. There were roaches in the kitchen. The view from my room was beautiful of the bay. The resort could use some TLC, it was dated. To get to the room was exhausting. Walking up steep inclines and very far distance. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the view of the bay was nice. I checked out early, due to lack of food options, location, and the bugs in my room. The staff member that I expressed the bug complaint to handled my concern well, (I can’t recall her name). She however failed to follow up with me. The beach staff (the men mainly) were very pushy with attempting you to purchase food from them. I would like to commend Destiny for her excellent customer service with facilitating a boat tour at the last minute. Destiny went above and beyond booking the tour. The room had an unpleasant odor, housekeeping did not service our room, and the deadbolt was jammed. Service was slow, and we often felt like an inconvenience when asking for assistance. The environment was also noisy.

Not enough space here to list the issues we found. Worst was THE 220VAC ELECTRIC IRON IN ROOM 15A HAD BARE WIRES AND I GOT A SHOCK FROM THEM. I took the iron out and put it on the veranda and reported it to Reception but nothing was done about it a day later. I expect it’s still there now. I should remind that 220V can kill, especially if the user has a heart condition.

The room leaks when it rains. The room is also very old. The staff at the front office and the cleaning staff are very nice, but the staff at the restaurant often forget to wait on you at all and are not very nice. They are often annoyed by stuff that is caused by their lack of preparation, such as not having certain foods like pizza, or chicken. They are also very slow waiting on you. I found myself waiting for over 1.5 hours to get my order taken.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. The meals took a long time, we waited over 2 hours for dinner a good hour and a half for breakfast. Good was good

The resort was in a beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view and the rooms were very clean. Check-in took around 2 hours. We had to sit at the bar while they figured out something about the keys. The mattress and pillows were hard. The staff did their job, but they were not overly friendly and many items listed on the menu were not available. We were given a list of things that we could not order every morning.

some Palm trees rounded up the view to the beach, it is very calm there, no cars, recommendation to join the Marigot beach resort in the after season, relax or make some tours around the island, by boot or car. If you not so fit, request a stay at a lower part, otherwise some steps are there for good exercise to reach the room, smile.

I love the privacy it feels like you in you own little house.wish I had spend longer.the wish the ferry didn’t have a cutoff time ,but when you work with front desk and Marvin he always answers his phone I was able to get the ferry at 1am after a wedding which was very convenient thanks to all the staff and the kitchen staff I could have my breakfast to go
