"They should be clear that these properties do NOT have indoor plumbing. The shared bathhouse it was horribly maintained. It was filthy and reeked of urine. The cabins themselves were cute, but very simple. Like 2x4s and plywood with beds. Also note, check in is 4 but the water park closes at 6:30 so not much time for family fun. On the upside it came with water park and wildlife park passes. Those were both very fun and almost made it worth the disgusting bathrooms and lack of amenities."

"My kids had an amazing time Highly recommend getting a wolf pass for the kids while your there! Keeps the younger ones especially entertained! Only complaints I got doubled charged for something at check in but they got it fixed once I caught it. And the latch to our hotel room was loose so we had to make sure to pull the door tight when we left the room."

"The property was very nice, and the flowers were very pretty. I liked the rocking chairs outside our room. It would have been helpful to have a fan in the bathroom."

"Classy property and rooms. The river view was spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub area was so well furnished with quality chairs and couches. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant breakfast was excellent. Needed better directions to other Natura attractions."

"This is our 2nd time vacationing at the Holiday Inn Vacation club in the Grand Geneva property. Amenities are amazing! Size of rooms and kitchen was perfect. The only drawback I had was that I was given an accessible room (didn’t request one) and the shower didn’t have a glass wall around it, just a curtain so our bathroom was constantly soaking wet. I didn’t like that. Also because it is so damp in there, the molding around shower was not in good shape and the bench in shower needs replaced....

"I liked how warm the water was from the inside Waterpark, but it was very warm and smelled a lot like Clorox when you where out of the water. The location was great as it was really close to a lot of things like the zoo, breakfast and lunch locations. Check in was really easy and they were able to give us connecting rooms which was really helpful."

"Older hotel but great for younger kids. Indoor pool area was less clean than other areas. Construction going on in upper floor. Basic hotel with nice kiddie slides. Doors to the outside were not locked."

"Some parts were great and others not so much. Great things: outdoor pool, but no umbrellas or shade. I did ask the last day and they found one umbrella! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Checking in was great. The area for us was absolutely perfect. Breakfast: same choices everyday Room: filthy carpet! No bars in the shower/tub made it hard to get in & out. Our toilet seat was broken and slid every time you sat down. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Our favorite restaurants are...
