"Breakfast Menu was ok. Hotel was dated. Pillows were really soft bed was mushy."

"Accessible room with tub still had broken window blind so did nut sleep due to bright lights from parking lot and tub with no stopper so how can take a bath? Since only 2 accessible rooms in this hotel, we have stayed in this room several times over past year and blind has been broken and no tub stopper go or over a year! Unacceptable and although the hotel is clean we likely will be looking for another for future trips south. "

"Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well."

"Breakfast was average hotel fare. Cleanliness was very good and staff were prompt and friendly. Fairly pricey for the amenities/location. FYI... no beer in the pantry but there is a gas station right at the bottom of the hill."

"This is a small historic hotel. We chose it for location, since we were driving through Virginia on 81. The staff is friendly; the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it enough we'll stop there again on our way back home "

"Right from the walk in the door after a 10 hour drive it was awesome. Catherine was so kind and smiling. Nice to see at 10:30 pm Room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Beds and bedding was so comfortable. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was ok very basic. Good to get on the road with 24 hour coffee and fresh water in the lobby. Lady that checked us out was also smiling and thankful. "

" Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches."

"First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus."

"Overall the room was clean but the sheets were torn on one of the beds. The bathroom had some mold in the shower and the tub was peeling. The room met our needs for a one night stay. We checked in at 2am and out at 10:30 the next day."
