I have seen some reviewers complain about the variety but seriously what do you expect at this price. Our room was ok but very very warm. Location is great and with a bit of investment could be upgraded a few levels but then again so would the price. Uber was approximately £10 to Bath City Centre. Parking is £10 but again far cheaper than in Bath city. You get what you pay for and it...

"Had a great stay here on a Sunday night. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the terrace. There was both a wedding and a family party during our one night stay which took up a lot of the outdoor space but we did manage to find some seating. Food was good and plenty of options"

Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it. "It was a nice property overall, but our room reeked of cigarettes, now my clothes also smell of cigarettes :-( We booked a second room for the rest of the family and that was much nicer. Helpful staff, nice restaurant with a delicious breakfast. Beautiful sunset over the restaurant terrace."

"The room was very dainted could do with a reverb in the bedrooms stayed on the hottest weekend in June and all we had was a old small fan in the room Bathroom could do with a very deep clean. Pub itself was nice. Stuff behind the bar were very friendly. Landlord was grumpy and chose to see it with both their big air-condition fans facing himself."

She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico. We originally booked an accessible room. "We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. The staff provided a room fan when we requested, but unfortunately the 2nd floor was an oven. This is no fault of the staff or property, it was just an anomaly of the weather."

"Really lovely place. Very quiet and peaceful. A bit off the beaten track but still only half an hour away from Bristol. Really comfortable bed, and I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t true! Only one minor point is that the shower head was a bit too low for me, as I’m around 6’ tall."

"The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. "The staff are lovely, and the property and gardens are beautiful (although they’re not quite as new or updated as the photos make it seem). It’s more of a charming quiet calm hotel in the countryside. My only issue was that the carpet had tons of large stains on it, which was rather gross and I’d expect a hotel to have a vacuum cleaner that can take stains out of the carpet. My second issue was there was no chair or desk in the room. I didn’t care that the tv only had 4 channels- all the other...
