"Amazing experience"

"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"最高の環境でした。 部屋の中は常に清潔に保たれ、6日間の滞在中、ストレスなくゆっくりすることが出来ました。また、英語は片言、スペイン語はまるで分らない状態だったのですが、日本語を話せるスタッフさんがいらっしゃったことで、困ったときに相談に乗って下さり、お本当に助かりました。 青い空、青い海を眺めながら、ただひたすらプールサイドのデッキチェアで横になりながら、時々プールサイドのBarからスタッフの方が来て、「何かお飲み物はいりますか」と聞かれるので、都度、好みの飲み物を頼むの持ってきてもらえると言う、何とぜいたくで優雅なひと時だったかと、改めて感動しております"

"This stay was an overall mess-- the front desk & concierge lost our luggage for an hour, tried to demote our room from what we paid for, and later when we got locked out of our room they made us wait outside our room for almost an hour in our swimsuits. They were very pushy about attending a timeshare presentation and they did not try to remedy our feelings of disconnect or disrespect about anything with our check-in process or losing our luggage. "The resort in general is amazing. There were some parties that went until midnight and the sound was too loud. The wall of the room was not helpful on absorbing the sound so for the ones with children, it might be a negative side about the parties and celebrations done at the hotel."

"Best part was the service and food! Everybody was so polite, nice and so helpful. We travelled with kids and they loved the waterpark and the jacuzzi close to the beach. Those two were such a nice addition with kids. Food was amazing. We had no issues making reservations for dinner but we did have to make sure we called the reservations desk early in the morning but we didn’t have to wait to make them!
