"First time to this resort, and we will be coming back. From the moment you walk in, to the food, the amazing staff, great beaches, it all was so amazing! The customer service was absolutely amazing, all of the restaurants were so good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Jonathan was one of our favorite servers by the pool, he went above and beyond for us. We already have plans to come back next year! We did splurge and get one of their suites that came with butler, ruddy and Romero were so good to us :)"

"NO recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar. Reservé una habitación “De lujo con alberca y terraza” y cuando me entregaron la habitación no tenía alberca. También la confirmación de la reserva decía que incluía wifi y NO hay WIFI en las habitaciones, solo en las áreas comunes y muy lento. Al ir a recepción a aclarar eso fueron muy groseros y no me solucionaron. Al llamar a hoteles.com para que me apoyaran en conseguir el tipo de habitación que pagué, nunca les respondieron. Además los meseros atienden mejor a los extranjeros. Pésimo servicio"

"It’s a timeshare resort with a timeshare crowd. Room and amenities are good, not amazing; just be prepared to be nickel and dimed for the all inclusive, random rules like dress codes at different times of day, etc. Decent value for the money, but not a true luxury all-inclusive experience."

"We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff were nice , some friendly , some meh. Breakfast was okay, you had the option to have omelette's/ scrambled eggs made and quite of few other options. I liked the fruit selection and the fact that they changed their offerings every day. We were offered credit when the pool was closed one afternoon bc a private event but had to basically go and ask for it - which wasn’t cool. We loved the rooftop menu and the club sandwich was great. Overall a nice experience and great location but nothing that really stood out . "
