"This stay was an overall mess-- the front desk & concierge lost our luggage for an hour, tried to demote our room from what we paid for, and later when we got locked out of our room they made us wait outside our room for almost an hour in our swimsuits. They were very pushy about attending a timeshare presentation and they did not try to remedy our feelings of disconnect or disrespect about anything with our check-in process or losing our luggage. "Best part was the service and food! Everybody was so polite, nice and so helpful. We travelled with kids and they loved the waterpark and the jacuzzi close to the beach. Those two were such a nice addition with kids. Food was amazing. We had no issues making reservations for dinner but we did have to make sure we called the reservations desk early in the morning but we didn’t have to wait to make them! Food was outstanding and all the amenities. We will be back!"

Tiene un servicio al huésped IMPRESIONANTE. 100% dedicados a que tu experiencia sea la mejor. Poco sargazo y lo limpian diariamente. Hubo días donde no había casi nada. "This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. "
