From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. It was a perfect vacation for my family. Will definitely go again!"

"We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

"Biggest con was they did not have fruity water upon arrival, but they did offer to serve you a drink on arrival downfall though there was no fruity water anywhere on the premises. I like going to Mexico for fruity water. The property is large. There are three pools. The adult pool has a lot of drunk people at times but that’s OK. It’s still nice. The kid pool have family pool gets the most hours of sun in April. Just the way the hotel is situated. I’m not sure if it’s a timeshare that they tried...
