"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"The food is the only downside. The Japanese was wonderful and the lack of other options is our only complaint. The resort is new, updated, clean, and the staff is wonderful. Never a long wait time. Very pleasant. !"

"We loved the Royal Sands!! We have stayed many places in Cancun and this had our favorite pools and best room. If you are traveling with young kids, the suite is the way to go! Perfection! We will be back."

"I found all dirty pillows and all decorative pillows smells so bad during my stay they didn’t leave any wash cloths I leave a notes twice but never leave it many things I don’t like it they give me the worst room"

"We stayed at Sandos for 6 days. Each day they had fun activities by the pools. The Staff were so fun and energetic. Romario & Karla were great. Mitzy & Alex as well. Josetta at the reservation desk was so helpful. Erich at the concierge was friendly. Greg helped us with an Excursion and our Guide Jorge and driver Jose made our experience so fun. Mayte and her partner at Bar 1 was so very great, friendly and fun. If we go back to Cancun, we will absolutely stay at Sandos again!"

"To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised. Want to make this clear, so if anyone is on a budget and want to stay in the hotel zone, this could be an option. The building lobby had almost run down doors as we walked to the elevator. "The resort was greattt ! The food wasn’t the best at all but the staff made up for it ! They are going to close down in august to renovate I’m hoping all will get better for this ! All that needs getting better is the food and it’ll be perfect ."

"The resort in general is amazing. There were some parties that went until midnight and the sound was too loud. The wall of the room was not helpful on absorbing the sound so for the ones with children, it might be a negative side about the parties and celebrations done at the hotel."

"Lots of good. Very quiet and peaceful grounds. Beautiful clean pool. Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating. Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee in the rooms would have been nice."

"This place was way too big for us. Dining options were not explained very well and hard to find speciality restaurants. We could never find a spot by the pool! So sat on towels on beach. Never could find even a chair on beach either."
