"The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!"

"We were offered a $200 incentive to take what was presented as a simple tour of the hotel's VIP/preferred rooms. We were told it was a no-strings-attached experience, so we woke up early the next morning to attend. About halfway through, it became obvious this was actually a high-pressure timeshare sales presentation. We politely explained that we appreciated their time, but that we had saved for this vacation and that purchasing a membership was completely outside our budget and not something...

"Food was great. Resort was outdated and it appeared some construction was being done in the front. Room had a few issues with the a/c but they were prompt and serviced it. Room smelt a bit old… not much to do in the evenings. Pool bar closed at 6pm. They did things in the evenings but they really need some sort of dj music offered every night and a place to dance."

"This was our second time staying here. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good and had verity. The only downside was steak house didn’t have good steak unless you pay extra. Also, in some areas you can hear construction noise in your room."

"This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. "
