" I experienced very poor service and attitude from some staff members toward guests of color, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. After check-in, I paid extra to upgrade to an Ocean Front Room. However, I was assigned a corner room with a heavily obstructed view and only a partial ocean view. This was very different from how the upgrade was described to me by the staff. In addition, I went to the restaurant with four friends (six people total). We waited for almost two hours while a larger seating area remained empty the entire time. Eventually, we were offered only a tiny table with one chair for our group. The sofa seating area was available but the staff initially refused to seat us there, and we were only moved after I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction. I also lost an item of clothing in my room, and after waiting three days, I still received no update or assistance regarding the situation. Overall, while the property itself is visually nice, the level of service and guest treatment did not match the luxury image the hotel promotes."

"Get to the pools early, as it is a hot spot, but a good time, we met great people and that made our trip! Beach is beautiful and a good time as well! … huge shout out to the amazing staff there that made our vacation very special. Too many people to thank, but conceriege Angel stands out more then anyone, thank you, you have become a friend and can’t wait to see you next year! "

"For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly. Also food was always the same nothing different for breakfast , lunch and dinner (this is buffet) they only had 2 restaurants in the building. Another thing for families with kids, apparently kids are not allowed in the pool bar because the bar staff stated it is only for adults but when time came local people with kids were allowed to be in the pool and my kids were not therefore my husband was so upset and we thought that what kind of service is this. I didn’t know that they have this type of people working in this hotel. I wish we were told when we checked in that the kids are not allowed in the pool bar area so we know where we can place ourselves. Also another thing was , we didn’t know as well that to use the facility in the beach area like the cabana, you have to pay extra, those type of things should have been mention to us, so we are aware of what we need to pay or not to pay. We felt like we were all looked at all the time. It was uncomfortable to even chill anywhere where"
