Th drawers on the room were falling, the mini bar wasn’t stock, it o my had 3 sodas, but the menu with the pricing was there. The staff in very inattentive, my husband did not get help from the bellman with the luggage, there is no phone in the rooms. We only stayed there for one night and was enough. Definitely not coming back here, it is totally different from the pictures you see in Expedia.

This hotel was great for me and my girlfriend’s first time traveling alone to Cancun ! It’s more of a hotel if you want to do excursions because it’s really convenient that it’s one of the first hotels in the hotel zone. Unfortunately it’s about a 15 minute drive from downtown, so we had to uber a lot, but that’s our fault. Staff mostly spoke Spanish so it’s good to know some Spanish, but they also knew English aswell. All staffs service was great, they were all very kind and respectful! I would recommend getting a patio view rather than a jacuzzi, we booked a room with a jacuzzi and it would take too long to fill up so we couldn’t enjoy it. Beautiful views of the beach from the window even on the first floor like what we had! Overall it was an amazing experience for a more affordable 5 day trip. We will definitely consider staying at the Cyan Resort our next trip to Cancun!

This resort is not fancy, and that is ok. However, it also is in need of repairs throughout. The plumbing is terrible, water damage inside the room and degrading facade, electrical outlets are broken, pool furniture falling apart at the seams, towels are frayed, and cleanliness is lacking. The courtyard is beautiful and breezy, comfy beds, great beach, and clean pool.

Positiv: Room Service funktioniert – das war’s dann aber auch. Infinity-Pool vorhanden, allerdings mit 1,4 m Tiefe eher enttäuschend. Schöner Meerblick, der jedoch verpufft, weil der Einstieg ins Meer durch große Felsen praktisch unbrauchbar ist. Für ältere Personen definitiv ungeeignet. Negativ: Die Poolliegen sind abgeranzt und durchgelegen – klarer Hinweis auf fehlende Pflege und Investitionen Flögel baden im Pool ekelhaft. Die Preise sind völlig überzogen. Besonders das Hotelrestaurant fällt negativ auf: Ein Teller mit etwas Salat, ein paar Zwiebeln, zwei Eiern und rund 250 g Hähnchenbrust kostet 28,50 € – ohne die zusätzlichen 10–20 % Servicezuschlag. Für diese kümmerliche Leistung ist das schlicht dreist. Fazit: Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist miserabel die wenigen positiven Punkte ändern am enttäuschenden Gesamtbild nichts.

View was awful- car park and maintenance sheds – and they seem to object to people enjoying the pool facilities and having fun! They have a rule where you’re not allowed to have fun at the pool and you’re supposed to be outside the water’s edge, half-dead and getting skin cancer. Menu at the restaurant was very small, expensive and did not cater to any dietary requirements.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy placentera ! El trato fue amable ! Y siempre con buena actitud ! Si regresaría, al último lo único malo es que nos salió una cucaracha a través del aire acondicionado pero fuera de eso todo bien. The only good thing about this place is the older lady in the restaurant bringing you the breakfast. Anything else here is bad. I was there for 4 nights and the room smelled like sewer because under the restroom sink there is a drainage that made the whole room smell bad. I stayed in the first floor my room had a hot tub. The first night the hot tub didn’t work so they accommodated me in another room the following night. The hot tub was disguising i only went in once. There was mold in the showers and all over the room. The metals had rust the curtains and furniture was old and out dated. It looked like they found it on the side of the road. Be careful with the people next to the receptionist selling you the tours and excursions they give you a price and then it turns out to be 60$ more once you check it bank statement. Once you pay you can’t get a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Disgusting hotel ever. Me and my family arrive at the hotel and checked in the room. The room was dirty. Mow everywhere black stuff on the walls black stuff in my bedroom however I asked to switch my bedroom. They made it an issue since I stated I want to switch my room. They had fake security come upstairs to my room And stay to my child’s father no smoking in the room. Why would you tell us that if you already told us that downstairs, I felt like since he was black, they automatically thought he smoked. They changed my room. There was no phone, no microwave and no Internet connection to be able to watch TV. The outlets did not work in the room. I went downstairs to book excursions and I was charged a $63 and I asked what for he couldnt give me a reason, I went to my excursions that I paid for beforehand. Once I got there only my child’s father was able to do the surgeons and I was unable due to the package. They gave us at the hotel that they lied about when I got back to the hotel and I confronted them, they act like they couldn’t speak English now I feel like we was robbed because we couldn’t speak their language and we was being overcharged. When my child’s father went on the beach security kept following him around even when he asked why are you all following me then we began to get uncomfortable because we had a child with us. When leaving they charge us $118 just to leave because they stated that we were smoking and we was not

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cyan resort and spa. The pool and beach views were spectacular. The staff was very helpful they had great attitudes. Overall the rooms were clean the property needed some updates. Yes I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends. It's not a 5 Star resort but it makes up for it with a great beach location and access the VIEWS from your balcony are amazing

0 star on everything hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures, the room dirty not updated, old, ac didn’t work for two days, something was on the beds because I had red little spots on my legs and hands, very bad service in receptionist. The only resin I have a 1 star is the location the beach is amazing with amazing views that’s all. If they update this hotel it will be amazing.
