"The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!"

"Food was lacking in flavor, variety and quality. Drinks were below average, especially the margaritas (and this was Mexico, land of tequila). Service was below standards for all-inclusive adult only property. Vantage club (paid premium for this service) was waste of money. Forced guest to use app to make reservations, but not working half the time and only open day-to-day basis then restaurants would turn away so no where to eat dinner. Only 4 restaurants on premises with 1 permanently closed...

"This was our second time staying here. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good and had verity. The only downside was steak house didn’t have good steak unless you pay extra. Also, in some areas you can hear construction noise in your room."

"I’ve stayed in many different hotels in Cancun so I know what to expect, as far as this one, the beach was the highlight and the only reason I didn’t get my bags and left to another hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was the worse I’ve had and I have stayed in some not so great hotels in Cancun as well but this was just BAD, even the restaurants with reservations had horrible food. "The only bad thing was the room service. They say it is 24hrs but it isn't late night and early morning we struggled to find food. The food options are very limited and pretty basic. Not very well seasoned. I would stay here again just get food off the resort."
